Spinal Decompression Therapy is a non-surgical treatment for disc herniations, degeneration, stenosis, osteoarthritis and pinched nerves. Cervical or Lumbar Spinal Decompression Therapy is peaceful and relaxing, each session is about 20 minutes in length. Dr. Heather will recommend a an optimal schedule, concurrent treatments if necessary and will discuss what to expect during your care.

Custom foot orthotic assessment, includes a gait examination, foot molding, and digital gait scan. Dr. Heather will provide the information to the podiatrists at The Orthotic Group and order orthotics upon your request.
